CCEC Webinar - Mastering the Performance Evaluation
Mastering the Performance Evaluation Conversation
Performance Evaluations come in with a -60 net promoter score. Negative sixty! With that attitude, it is not surprising many managers avoid this part of their role. Performance Evaluations frequently feel like torture. Yet, effective performance management can positively impact team engagement, motivation, and productivity. Good performance evaluations align individual team members with strategic business goals, driving overall productivity. This session aims to make performance evaluation something you will look forward to managing.
Starting with the basics of performance management and measurement, then shifting into how to increase team member loyalty and motivation through performance management.
Performance evaluation is even more critical for teams of less than five as there is nowhere to hide and a poor or weaker team member stands out, causing resentment and often leading to higher turnover of high performers.
Join Balanced Perspectives Jennifer Ireson as she discusses how to recreate (or create) a better approach to performance management at your Chamber.
