In my role as President, I lead the operations of the Chamber as guided by the Board's strategic plan. I am responsible for our advocacy efforts and act as sole spokesperson.
As the manager of people and culture, I am keenly interested in team dynamics with a focus on trust as the foundation of a successful team. I am an advocate of personal development for myself and my team and have achieved the Accredited Chamber Executive designation.
I am a Working Genius Certified Facilitator, helping individuals and organizations apply the 6 Types of Working Genius so that they better understand the types of work that bring them more energy and fulfillment and avoid work that leads to frustration and failure, so that they can be more self-aware, more productive and more successful.
To recharge, I enjoy spending time in nature and appreciate quiet time with a good book.
