Julie La Rochelle, ASC, C.Dir., is President & CEO of the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie Vallée-du-Richelieu – Rouville (CCIVRR). With over 18 years of experience, she is recognized as a transformational leader in governance, strategic planning and economic development. Under her leadership, the CCIVRR has expanded its territorial reach and earned recognition as Chamber of the Year (FCCQ, 2023). She also serves on the boards of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ) and the Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe (College) and presides over the Alliance des chambres de commerce de la Montérégie (ACCM). A Chartered Director (McMaster University) and Administratrice de sociétés certifiée (Université Laval), Julie is dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and strengthening Quebec’s business community.
