Your years of service employed as a Chamber professional, combined with your participation in eligible professional development activities, will determine which level of accomplishment you’re eligible to receive. Experience refers to the number of years that you've been employed in the Chamber Network. Any Chamber employee in a permanent position (full time or part time) is eligible to apply.
YEARS OF SERVICE
The intent of this section is to encourage the Chamber profession as a career, recognizing professionals who remain in the Chamber Network for a number of years.
ELIGIBILITY: Must have achieved 2 years of consecutive employment by June 26, 2026; must be employed full-time or part-time by a Chamber of Commerce / Board of Trade in Canada.
NETWORK PARTICIPATION
The intent of this section is to recognize the value of connectivity within the Chamber Network, acknowledging that Chamber professionals benefit from sharing best practices and engaging with peers.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The intent of this section is to encourage continuous learning and participation in professional development training within and beyond the Chamber Network. PRO TIP: Login to CCEC’s Member Resource Center, click “Events” in the top toolbar, and then “Events I’ve attended / checked-in” on the left. This will generate a list of CCEC’s activities that you’ve completed.
ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES: CCEC’s and/or the Canadian Chamber of Commerce’s annual conference; provincial Chapter’s professional development conference; provincial / territorial Chamber’s annual conference; professional development conferences outside of the Chamber Network

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP
The intent of this section is to reward Chamber professionals for community leadership, recognizing the importance of the Chamber as a representative of the business community.
Eligible activities include those where you’re participating in your capacity as a Chamber professional and representative of the business community, and will advance the mission of your Chamber. EXAMPLES: Boards and committees related to community economic development, immigration and workforce development, tourism and business development; Municipal and provincial/territorial appointments in areas such as finance, trade, transportation.
General community volunteer roles are not eligible. This includes sporting events, school activities, church, local community centers, memorials, parades and festivals, health/fitness, social service organizations, and fundraising.
