Accredited Chamber Executive Designation 2025

To be eligible for the ACE Designation, you must have actively participated in professional development over the last 3 years. In the application, you’ll calculate points for achievements and activities undertaken throughout 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Only include activities that have been completed at the time of your application submission. Do not include future planned activities.

The intent of this section is to encourage the Chamber profession as a career, recognizing professionals who remain in the Chamber Network for a number of years. MINIMUM: You must have 2 years of experience as a Chamber professional to be eligible.
NETWORK PARTICIPATION
The intent of this section is to recognize the value of connectivity within the Chamber Network, acknowledging that Chamber professionals benefit from sharing best practices and engaging with peers.
PRO TIP: Documents in the MRC include the name of the Chamber and the year the document was provided. Search for your Chamber to see what documents have been submitted over the last 3 years.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The intent of this section is to encourage continuous learning and participation in professional development training within and beyond the Chamber Network. Include activities from 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 (prior to your application submission). PRO TIP: Login to the Member Resource Center and click "Events" in the top toolbar to see a list of the CCEC programming that you've registered for.
ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES: CCEC webinars, webinars offered through the Chamber Federation, and webinars offered outside the Chamber Network
ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES: CCEC national conference, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's annual convention, provincial/regional Chamber conferences, and provincial/regional professional development conferences
PRO TIP: Chamber Accelerator is offered quarterly
Chamber College is offered annually. Claim 5 points for each time that you've completed Chamber College in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 (prior to submitting your application)

The intent of this section is to encourage Chamber professionals to have their Chambers evaluated against the established national standards of excellence.
CHAMBER LEADERSHIP
The intent of this section is to encourage Chamber professionals to pursue leadership positions within the Chamber Network and share their expertise.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP
The intent of this section is to reward Chamber professionals for community leadership, recognizing the importance of the Chamber as a representative of the business community.
Eligible activities include those where you’re participating in your capacity as a Chamber professional and representative of the business community, and will advance the mission of your Chamber. EXAMPLES: boards and committees related to economic development, immigration and workforce development, Mayor's task forces on housing, land use planning, and downtown revitalization, provincial/territorial appointments in areas like finance, trade, transportation and agriculture
General community volunteer roles are not eligible. This includes sporting events, school activities, church, local community centers, memorials, parades and festivals, health/fitness, social service organizations, and fundraising.
