With 25 years of board experience, Rhonda Tulk-Lane, President and CEO of the Atlantic Chamber of Commerce, brings practical insight into what strong governance looks like in action. An ICD.DEP designate and active member of the Newfoundland and Labrador chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rhonda will guide participants through the foundations of good governance and the critical distinction between the role of the Board and the role of the Executive Director/CEO.
