Peer Networks are online, conversation driven gatherings for Chamber professionals in any role. These sessions create space for open dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and practical idea-sharing with peers who understand the unique demands of Chamber leadership.
There are no presentations – just meaningful conversations. Whether you prefer to listen and reflect, or jump in to share your experiences and ask questions, you’ll gain valuable insights from Chamber professionals navigating the same challenges.
In this session, we’ll focus on best practices in Chamber governance: how to build and maintain a strong, balanced Board; how to keep Directors informed, engaged, and focused on strategic priorities; and how to use governance policies to set clear expectations and boundaries for your Chamber’s Board and committees.
