Interactive Strategic Planning Workshop
Cantera Leadership will facilitate a session to help participants learn about strategic planning and create a rough,

- An introduction and deeper understanding of strategic planning and how it relates to board governance
- and staff responsibilities
- Review and practice of strategic planning tools. Some tools that might be reviewed include SWOT, PESTLE,
- Strategic Framework, and more
- A variety of instructional techniques to encourage interaction and deepen learning
