CCEC Small Chambers March Meeting

The Small Chambers Peer Network is an opportunity for CEOs of chambers with less than 500 members to connect and share info on challenges specific to small chambers.

At this month's meeting, we plan to start the discussion with "Chamber Housekeeping 101" - i.e. setting a schedule for the year to address bylaw review, policy review, board recruitment, etc . 

Please come to the meeting prepared to share  how you approach this. And, as always, if there are any other burning issues you'd like discussed, please indicate when you register.
