Relevant for both Chamber CEOs and staff\, learners will review concepts and answer a variety of questions to demonstrate knowledge retention. The program is adaptive and different for everyone - continuously answer questions correctly\, with certainty\, to work your way through 97 concepts and 319 questions.\n\nAs you progress through the training\, you'll earn points on the leaderboard. Compete against your peers for a chance to win a free pass to the next Chamber College training program! \n\nWhat Will I Learn?\n\nChamber Accelerator includes 6 content modules with 97 concepts to learn and 319 questions to test your knowledge.\n\n\n	Module 1: Introduction To The Chamber Network\n	Module 2: Operations & Governance\n	Module 3: Membership\n	Module 4: Generating Non-Dues Revenue With Chambers Plan\n	Module 5: Best Practices For Policy & Advocacy Development\n	Module 6: Best Practices For Events & Programming\n\n\nHow It Works:\n\nChamber Accelerator is offered quarterly with cohorts starting in January\, April\, July\, and October each year. \n\nYou will not be able to complete Chamber Accelerator within a few days. The program will learn how much you know about the content and give you activities over time to ensure the information moves from your short-term to long-term memory. Repetition is key to achieving mastery!\n\n Most learners complete the program within a month. \n\nYou can watch a detailed tutorial of the program on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YuvCVMZblNA\n\nCompleting Chamber Accelerator:\n\nYou can continue reading knowledge cards and completing training sessions indefinitely to test your knowledge   the program will automatically select content you've seen the least or have yet to master. In addition\, there are several goals you can work towards:\n\n100% Learning Progress: \n\nIncrease your learning progress to 100% by completing learning sessions   read the knowledge card and answer the related questions proficiently. To answer proficiently you must select the correct response\, quickly\, and with confidence. In the overview section of your profile\, you'll see an indicator showing your current learning progress percentage\, and the number of concepts still left to learn.\n\nAchieve Mastery Level 4:\n\nYou can increase your Mastery Strength in each module by answering questions proficiently under each of the module's concepts. Your Mastery Strength is impacted by different factors\, including your past performance\, and the performance of other learners. There is a limit on how much your Mastery Strength can increase in one day   it can't be maximized through short-term cramming. \n\nAchieving a Mastery Level of 4 in each module is the goal of Chamber Accelerator. However\, you can continue to increase your Mastery Level beyond this point to reach a deeper understanding of the course content. \n\nClimb the Leaderboard:\n\nLook for concepts that have a power up icon (shaped like a lightning bolt). Each time you increase your Mastery Strength with one of these concepts\, you will earn a point to help you climb the Leaderboard. You will reach the top of the Leaderboard when you've earned the maximum of 97 points.
