DESCRIPTION:Join the CCEM Chapter Committee for a day of networking and front line activities with the military at CFB Shilo!\n\n\n\nYou'll have an opportunity to spend the day building connections with your Chamber peers\, while participating in a day of interactive activities.\n\n\n\nWhen: August 11\, 2026\n\nTime: 10:00am until 4:00pm\n\n\n\nParticipation is free and meals will be provided. All members of CCEM are welcome to join!\n\n\n\nQuestions? Contact Curtis Hullick\, General Manager of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce: gm@brandonchamber.ca\n\n\n\nWhat's the plan for the day?\n\n\n\n10:00am - 10:30am : Welcome brief / SFB Shilo modernization update\n\n10:30am - 12:15pm : Transportation and shoot (3 different weapons will be used pistol\, C-7 Standard issue Rifle and C19 Bolt action rifle\, primarily used by Canadian Rangers)\n\n12:15pm - 1:15pm : Lunch\n\n1:15pm - 3:00pm : Tours\n\n3:00pm - 4:00pm : Officer meet and greet\n\n\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n	Photo ID\n	Closed toe shoes\n	Extra change of clothes\n	Bug spray\, sun screen\n	Water bottle \n\n  Where to meet up:\n\n\n\nYou can see the visitor map of CFB Shilo here.\n\n\n\nWe will be meeting in the base headquarters building parking lot\, indicated on the map with the big red X.
