In this session\, Deb will outline how to audit your committees\, give them strong mandates and also reveal which committees every board should have.\n\n \n\nSpeaker: Deb McClelland worked at the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce for 19 years\, with the last 16 years as Executive Director.  In that time\, she helped develop her board into a high-functioning governance board and changed their committees to be governing committees.  Since her retirement in 2018\, Deb has been travelling across Canada facilitating strategic plans\, teaching board governance and chamber management with her new business\, OnboardTraining.ca
